--------------
Car owner and ARDC VP Lou Zrinski is taking two cars south for Friday's Dixieland race. As usual son Chris will be behind the wheel of the Expert Collision no. 25 Zrinski Special. Making his debut in the team car Zrinski Special no.10 will be 2007 URC Rookie of the Year, Andrew Hannula of Matawan, NJ. "He will be in the car for the rest of the year," Zrinski said by phone. "I saw him run in URC and was impressed. He ran just a couple of races with us in ARDC last year and I was impressed with that too. He's a nice kid and we get along well. Him and his dad only live a half hour from us and they've helped us go through the car and get it set up."

Early season update....

Hello Fans, I'm sure a lot of you are wondering why I haven't been out yet this year. Just wanted to keep everyone updated and let you know what the hold up has been. We have been waiting on pistons for our motor, however it looks like they are coming in this week and we are scheduled to make our 2009 debut May 22nd at Penn Cann Speedway. It is a real shame we have missed a few ARDC races and it has been tough to watch and read about. I can't wait to get out and show everyone what I'm made of. Also another quick update my 2008 URC Sprint car owner Rich Fulham has purchased a DRC Non-Wing Sprint car that we are in the process of putting together to run select USAC Shows next year. It is coming together quite nicely and will be one heck of a nice car. We are searching for partners for the sprint car team and would entertain any offers. On behalf on the AJH Motorsports team I'd like to thank all our partners ButlerBuilt Proffesional Seating Systems, ASI Racewear, GME Steering, Hammerhead Promotions, Scott Baylor Racing Engines, and also APS Powdercoating. Also a special thanks to Rich Fulham for all the help he has given me lately and we look forward to a long partnership with Rich. I will do my best to keep everyone updated on the progress of the team and if anything should change I will have an update immediatley. Thank you everyone and see ya at the track.

Andrew Hannula

Andrew Hannula To Go Wingless In '09

Andrew Hannula is pleased to announce that he will be making a huge switch for the 2009 season. Andrew and his family owned AJH Motorsports team will be running a full schedule with the exciting ARDC Midget Series. "I am really excited to be making the switch to wingless racing full time in 2009, we got a little taste of it at the end of last year and man was it a blast.

We didn't have our game together at the end of the year. We rushed to get out and make a couple races but this year watch out. Hopefully we can secure some more funding to get us through the year." said Hannula. The 19 year old from Matawan, NJ is sure to be a threat for the ARDC Championship if they can keep the operation going all year financially. "We have lost a lot of help this year sponsorship wise. The economy has affected our main sponsor Dinaso & Sons Building Supply Co. quite a bit. This was devastating for us because they helped me through my whole career. They will still be on the car this year though because I feel that loyalty to sponsors, especially through hard times is very important." said the young driver.

Look for the 2007 URC sprint car series rookie of the year to hit the track at the ARDC season opener at Big Diamond Speedway on March 28th. AJH Motorsports will be utilizing a Scott Baylor Racing Engine and a Stealth Chassis. Sponsors on the AJH Motorsports No. 89 include Dinaso & Son's Building Supply Co and Whitey's Welding. With help from STB Performance, APS Powdercoating, Butlerbuilt Proffesional Seat Systems, ASI Racewear, GME Manufacturing, and Radical Design Group.

Also a special thanks goes out to the Elizabeth High School Collision Repair Students for their excellent work in painting this years car.
